Merry Christmas to all of you from Paris!

And if you get fed up foie gras and turkey try this beautiful plate of raw vegetable from Restaurant Laurent on the Champs Elysées: it is the most beautiful dish I have seen in a long time….and a little extravagance is allowed in December… (41 avenue Gabriel, 75008)

I am so not going to Paris for a plate of raw veggies… fabulous photo but I am sure the fois gras at Laurent tastes as fabulous as before…
